Full-scale tests of a plywood panel with X-shaped bent plywood ribs were performed.
The panel is produced by milling parts for subsequent gluing. The development is protected by a patent of Ukraine and is a continuation of the idea of glued plywood beams with bent plywood walls, which were studied in detail in the dissertation work. The obtained results of the strength and deformability of the panels confirmed the expectations and pointed to structural flaws and the need to optimize the structure in certain directions. The development of the assortment and standard of the organization for the start of mass production has begun. The maximum span of panels can reach 20 m.
