The peculiarity and complexity of the construction of the house consists of a cantilever part of the house with a length of 6 m, and two cantilevers of the roof structure, each 6.3 m long. Due to the location of the house on a slope and the location of the basement, the construction of the foundation was significantly complicated. The structural solutions of the frame nodes are developed taking into account the specifics and stages of concreting.
