Tower house

A three-story house with an exploited roof and a basement is one of the houses of the suburban complex Family Club. The basement is a technical room where the elements of the autonomy of the house and the elements of the networks to which the house is connected are located. The frame of the building is made of columns and beams made of laminated timber or LVL. The walls are made of PCD or CLT panels and are connected to beams and columns in such a way as to ensure the geometric stability of the building. The floors are wood-concrete, where the layer of concrete reached 50 mm. The frame of the building was developed taking into account the compressed conditions of assembly work in the forest among the massif of trees.
