Two-story house on legs

A two-story house with a wooden frame made of LVL beams on legs is one of the houses of the suburban complex Family Club. The walls of the house are made of CLT panels fixed along the contour to the columns, beams and ceiling, which made it possible to use the load-bearing capacity of the panel to the maximum and reduce its thickness to 60 mm. The ceilings are made of wood-concrete, where strong concrete with a thickness of 50 mm and a slab of glued wood work together on screw joints.
